99.7% Uptime Guarantee!

UV3.net offers a 99.7% Uptime Guarantee. This means your web site is guaranteed operational 99.7% of the time in any calendar month. If any server has downtime exceeding .3% (approx 2 hours) then you will receive 1-Month Free Web Hosting added to your account.

For purposes of this guarantee, only downtime lasting at least 10 consecutive minutes is considered a service outage.

UV3.net will not be held responsible for Service Outages resulting from non-UV3.net operated equipment including, but not limited to, DOS Attacks or congestion and backbone failures. Additionally, UV3.net will not be held responsible for outages resulting from malfunctioning customer scripts or applications that are installed by the customer, or for unusual traffic spikes or "denial of service" attacks on customer web sites. Also scheduled outages for hardware⁄software upgrades that are posted in advance in our forums are not eligible (these are done late night on weekends to minimize impact).

One free month hosting will only be added upon request by the customer and after verification by UV3.net that a service outage, as defined by this guarantee, has occurred. To claim your free month of hosting, you will need to submit a request no later than the 5th of the following month that the service outage occurred. Please submit your refund along with outage details using the Help Desk System.
